By purchasing tickets to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Bash, you agree to the following:

Adult Supervision: All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times.
Infants: Children 12 months and younger receive free admission and do not require a ticket.
Ticket Policy: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest if you are unableto attend.
Weather: Boo Bash is an outdoor event. In the event of severe weather or other unsafe conditions, the event willbe postponed to the designated rain date. All purchased tickets will automatically transfer to the rain date. Refunds will notbe issued due to weather-related postponements.
Event Cancellation: If Character Connection Co. must cancel the event, tickets will automatically be honored for therescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued due to weather, schedule conflicts, illness, or other personal circumstances.
Programming: Character appearances, entertainment, activities, schedules, and event offerings are subject to changewithout notice.
Photography & Video: By attending, you grant Character Connection Co. permission to photograph and record the event.Images and video may be used for future marketing and promotional purposes.
